The next topic is something every manager has been dealing with throughout the whole of his career. Change or improve. And sometimes this must change. So far this was “not done,” but now is the time to change. But how do you know when to change and when no (yet)? In most cases a manager is involved with improvements. Targets are not completely met and the simplest way is to check where in the process things could improve. Change requires more effort and is not always needed.
